"Obvious error" includes but is not limited to odds significantly inconsistent with the true probability of an outcome, odds remaining active on markets that should have been suspended, or reversed team names. If an obvious error is identified after market settlement, k333 may adjust settlements retroactively.

5.6 Live Betting Delays: Live betting markets on k333 incorporate a time delay between real-time match events and odds updates to ensure fair trading conditions. This delay varies by sport but is typically 5-15 seconds. You acknowledge that odds may change between bet placement and acceptance due to match progression. k333 employs technology to detect and prevent exploitation of live betting delays.

10.2 License to Use: k333 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the k333 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to scrape data, build derivative services, reverse-engineer any platform component, or use k333 content for any purpose beyond personal betting activity.

11. General Provisions and Governing Law

11.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and k333 with respect to your use of the platform, superseding all prior communications, representations, and agreements.

11.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
